Cut and Strip Machines we use at Q-I-C

We use Eubanks 2600 machines with the following cutting and stripping capabilities:

Cutting Lengths:

1 inch to 999.9 inches*

Stripping Lengths:

1/8 inch minimum one or both ends. Maximum of 1 inch on one end and 5/8 inch on the other.

Wire Size:

Single conductor solid or stranded from 26 AWG up to 10 AWG.

Production Rates:

3 inch up to 6500 per hour, cut and strip both ends
10 inch up to 5300 per hour, cut and strip both ends
100 inch up to 1400 per hour, cut and strip both ends

*Inch or metric scale selectable.

Model 67200 Wire & Tube Marking Machine

Eubanks Model 67200 wire marking machine This machine does not have feed rolls to drive the wire. Wire is pulled through the machine manually or by an automatic wire stripper equipped with marker controls. It may be used with a Eubanks Automatic Wire Stripper equipped with marker controls for either end-marking or continuous marking at set intervals.

The marking discs may be separated into two groups when the machine is used for end-marking.

In the semi automatic mode, the operator pulls the wire or tubing through by hand and presses a foot switch to operate the Model 67200.

WIRE SIZES 0.035" to 0.250" O.D. (0.89 - 6.35mm) standard. Up to 0.500" O.D. (12.7mm) with conversion kit. Larger O.D. sizes are evaluated on an individual basis.

Model 3751 Wire & Cable Stripper

This machine is intended for such applications as stripping the ends of a harness after assembly, stripping the conductors of a multi-conductor cable, and stripping precut leads or coaxial cables. It will accommodate wire sizes from #6 to #30 AWG, plus various sizes of coaxial cable. Strip lengths are adjustable from 1/8" to 1 3/8" full strip and 1/8" to 3 1/8" semi-strip.

Series 6800 Demand Prefeeds

By delivering wire to the processor as required, the prefeed contributes to optimum wire-length accuracy and to the longevity of the processor’s drive mechanism.
